"2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector.
Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast
queue.
Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking."

"Very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and dishonest. She woke me up in the morning accusing me of not paying and I had one more guest ( my friend just came to drop me off and help with luggage), even though I had already shown my receipt. No proper cleaning was done—my dustbin was never emptied and I had to sleep on the same linen for 6 days. Totally unprofessional service."

"Though we had stayed at the hotel less than 10 days ago, we had to go through the tedious registration process (original passport, e-mail address, etc.) once again. The shaver lamp in the bathroom did not work, same problem in the previous room. attention to detail seems to be a problem for house maintenance. While the Pearl Creek view has its pros, it also means signifikant traffic noise from the street and loud music from the tourist boats in the evening. Late at night, everything is quiet. In summary, the hotel scores with its excellent location and some of the advantages of a chain hotel."

"A very good and inexpensive hotel. NOT luxury, rather for those who came for work. For the money - just top. The rooms are spacious and clean, worn furniture and a sink-shower, but they clean every day, fresh linen and towels, free water with daily replacement. Very good food! They feed you really decently. Both breakfast and dinner. There are two bars right in the hotel. The Indian one has CHEAP beer. On the top floor there is a spa and a small but decent pool.
In general, if you are traveling on business, without requests and expectations of super-premium, this is a great option!"

EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

Location is really superb near to Bikanerwala (Indian Food ) and taxis are available just outside and hotel is very near to Museum of tge future as well.

0.5 deduction is just for a suggestion to the hotel to please remove auto Sensors for the ac's please if a family is back to hotel after a long hot day and coming back to their room and ac was shutdown bcoz of your sensors that a tough call because Dubai has hot weather all 365 days and ac's should work continuesly so its a suggestion please make it done iil help more positive reviews.. t

SSomewhere In Time ⏳Located right @ the entrance of the Dubai Financial Centre metro train 🚂 station, its most convenient to travel around with ease. Comfy & cosy room with beautiful decor, boasting the panoramic view of Dubai iconic Burg Khalifa. Great F&B selection for breakfast, spoilt for choice. Staff are warm, friendly & helpful. But awaiting for the lift arrival is a next level challenge 😂

PPeaceAI recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in Dubai Production City, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptional customer service made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker!

GGrandpaGThis is a difficult review to write as the QE2 is a very famous passenger liner (not a cruise ship) converted into a hotel, which means that it is nothing like a normal hotel and cannot be judged as one. By necessity it is moored in the docks area far from the city and there is almost nothing nearby. However that is rapidly changing and the whole area is undergoing massive regeneration. The new reception building is first class as are the staff. We were made most welcome and shown to our room (cabin) by a consierge, who explained the layout of the ship to us. The cabins have been very successfully converted into modern hotel rooms with many of the original ship fittings retained, providing a nostalgic touch. The dining facilities were excellent. A massive buffet breakfast to start and an excellent evening meal with our half board package. This a full three courses from the a la carte menu, a touch of class. The downside of the dining is that it is at the rear of the hotel and if you have a room at the front then it is a long walk. If you are expecting a modern conversion then you will be disappointed as the hotel has retained many of the ship's fixtures and fittings, which, although very high quality are now a bit dated. Each day there is a Heritage Tour of the hotel where the history of the ship is explained. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would highly recommend it It is an experience not to be missed, not a hotel stay.

KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.
